Permits

The applications are not fillable applications.  You must print, complete, and submit it to the city clerk.

Building and Special Use Application: A $25 application fee must be submitted with the building/special use permit application for basic projects such as fences, decks, driveways, etc.  For major projects, such as a new house, the permit will have additional fees and forms.  Please note,  if projects are started without a permit, a $50 fine will be assessed.  The building committee will review the application and if Council approval is needed, you will be notified.

Special Event Application: The city reserves the right to charge a fee for a special event. Submit the application to the city clerk and the city clerk will notify you following the regular monthly council meeting (3rd Monday of the month.)
