Hall Rental

Thank you for inquiring about renting the Luther City Hall Building.  

You may fill out and submit the online application below or mail the printable form to:

City of Luther, 5 Luther St, Luther, IA 50152

General Information:

Rental Fee;  $80.00 per day

Damage Deposit:  $150 for residents of the City of Luther / $250 for non residents

Payable in 2 separate checks no less than 14 days prior to rental date

Make checks payable to the City of Luther

Renters must fill out a Rental Application and agree to the Terms and Conditions

After receiving the application, the city will notify you if it is approved or denied.  The Luther City Clerk will confirm your rental and if approved, will provide you with additional information needed to rent.
